Gil Monteverder (they/them) is interested in decolonial and politically engaged practices that explore how technologies, data, and design communicate and intervene in social and environmental realities. Their MA project, Vibrational Witnessing: Towards a Counter-Sensing Seismology, aims to repurpose seismic infrastructures to detect and testify to extractive violence. Across design and community initiatives, they examine the intersections of territory, technology, and collective memory in radical social transformation.
