Waterfall Canyoning through Dense Forests of Monteverde

The tour will start with a short walk through the rainforest, bird calls will surround you and hard-to-spot birds will be pointed out by your guides. Monteverde Cloud is especially known for the incredible plant diversity, spotting delicate orchids and gigantic ferns growing on the side while you walk is not uncommon.

Once you reach the first waterfall, your guide will give you the proper gear and will explain how it works and how to rappel down the waterfalls safely. After the information you will start your first waterfall and rappel down six waterfalls in total of which the tallest is 131 ft (40 m).

Canyoning

The guides have safety training and will help you rappel down the waterfalls safely and at the pace that you would like to and the gear is regularly checked. You should be in good physical condition to enjoy this tour.
